Rejuran Healer is Adarna’s doctor-led, full-face polynucleotide treatment for patients who want gradual improvement in texture, elasticity, fine lines, and overall skin quality—without making their features look filled or altered.
What is Rejuran Healer?
Rejuran Healer contains a highly purified 2% polynucleotide gel intended for broader treatment across the face.
Polynucleotides are long-chain DNA fragments used to support the skin’s tissue environment. Clinical research suggests that injectable polynucleotides may improve certain measures of skin texture, elasticity, hydration, and fine wrinkles, although the overall evidence remains developing.
Rejuran Healer is not a facelift, muscle relaxant, or conventional volumizing filler.

When will I see results?
Rejuran Healer is designed for gradual change rather than immediate transformation. Some patients notice improvements in hydration or smoothness during the early weeks, while changes in texture and elasticity may become more noticeable after completing a treatment course.
Results vary according to age, skin condition, sun exposure, smoking, skincare, and individual biological response. It will not permanently remove pores, deep wrinkles, significant laxity, or pigmentation disorders.
How many sessions will I need?
A commonly recommended initial course is three sessions approximately two to four weeks apart. Dr. Leigh will personalize the interval according to your skin, recovery, and treatment goals.
Maintenance may be considered after the initial course, but its timing should be based on your response rather than an automatic schedule.
Is there downtime?
Small raised injection bumps are expected and may remain visible for a few days. Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, itching, or bruising can also occur.
Plan treatment around important events because even an uncomplicated recovery may be noticeable at first.
Why does Dr. Leigh’s technique matter?
Whole-face treatment should not mean treating every area identically. Skin thickness, vascular anatomy, facial movement, and the concern being addressed vary across the face.
Dr. Leigh determines where treatment may be beneficial, where placement should be conservative, and whether Rejuran Healer is genuinely the right choice instead of a laser, filler, neuromodulator, or skincare program.
