What is Rejuran HB?
Rejuran HB combines purified polynucleotides with hyaluronic acid and lidocaine.
Polynucleotides are long-chain DNA fragments used to support the skin’s tissue environment, while hyaluronic acid attracts and retains moisture. Lidocaine is included to improve treatment comfort, although the injections may still be felt.
Rejuran HB is not a volumizing dermal filler. It is designed to improve skin quality rather than enlarge, sculpt, or significantly lift facial features.

More frequent treatment does not automatically produce better results.
Is there downtime?
Small raised bumps, redness, swelling, tenderness, itching, or bruising may occur around the treated areas. Most expected reactions settle within several days, although recovery varies.
Why does Dr. Leigh’s technique matter?
Rejuran HB is an injectable medical treatment, not a hydrating facial. Its safety and outcome depend on appropriate patient selection, facial anatomy, placement, and knowing which areas should be treated conservatively.
