Commonly called “Chanel Injections”
The under-eye area is often the first place to show tiredness, dehydration, and fine surface lines. NCTF 135 HA is a doctor-administered skin-quality treatment designed to help delicate under-eye skin feel more hydrated and look smoother, fresher, and naturally luminous.
The goal is not to change the shape of your eyes or create artificial volume. It is to give tired-looking skin thoughtful support so you can look refreshed without looking overdone.
What is NCTF 135 HA?
NCTF 135 HA is an injectable skin-revitalizing solution developed by FILLMED in France.
It contains non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid together with a polyrevitalizing complex of vitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes, and other components. Small amounts are placed within the skin to support hydration, superficial fine lines, radiance, and overall skin quality.
What can it help improve?
For appropriately selected patients, NCTF under-eye treatment may help improve the appearance of:
-
Dehydrated or crepey under-eye skin
-
Superficial fine lines
-
Dull or tired-looking skin
-
Reduced skin radiance
-
Under-eye skin that feels less smooth or supple
Will it remove my dark circles?
Not every dark circle has the same cause.
NCTF may help when tired-looking eyes are partly related to dehydration, dullness, or fine surface lines. It cannot be expected to correct every type of pigmentation, visible blood vessel, deep tear-trough hollow, eye bag, or structural shadow.
Dr. Leigh will assess the cause of your concern before recommending treatment.
Is it the same as tear-trough filler?
No. NCTF 135 HA is a skin-quality treatment, not a structural volumizing filler.
It is not intended to create significant volume or reshape a deep hollow. If your concern is primarily caused by volume loss or prominent eye bags, another approach may be more appropriate.
What happens during treatment?
After cleansing and assessment, small amounts of NCTF 135 HA are carefully injected into the skin around the under-eye area.
A topical anesthetic may be used when appropriate. Because the skin around the eyes is thin and delicate, precise placement and conservative treatment are essential.
How many sessions do I need?
The Adarna package includes three sessions.
We recommend three treatments approximately three to four weeks apart. Dr. Leigh may adjust the schedule according to your skin, response, and the exact protocol being used.
When will I see results?
Improvement is expected to develop gradually across the treatment series and during the weeks that follow.
Clinical evidence supports improvements in hydration, superficial wrinkles, and radiance after a three-session NCTF 135 HA protocol. However, individual results vary, and the available controlled study was not designed specifically to prove correction of lower-eyelid dark circles or tear-trough hollows.
Is there downtime?
Temporary injection-related effects may include:
-
Redness
-
Mild swelling
-
Small bruises
-
Tenderness
-
Minimal bleeding at an injection point
Effects generally settle within 24 to 48 hours. Because swelling and bruising may be more noticeable around the eyes, consider your schedule before booking.
What aftercare is needed?
According to the manufacturer’s instructions:
-
Avoid makeup for 12 hours after treatment.
-
Avoid prolonged sun or UV exposure for at least 48 hours.
-
Avoid saunas and steam rooms for at least 48 hours.
-
Contact the clinic if inflammation lasts longer than one week or if you experience an unexpected reaction.
Do not stop aspirin, anticoagulants, or other prescribed medicines without guidance from the prescribing doctor. These medicines may increase bruising or mild bleeding.
Who should not receive NCTF 135 HA?
The manufacturer advises against treatment for:
-
Pregnant or breastfeeding patients
-
Patients younger than 18
-
Patients with a skin alteration or disease in the treatment area
-
Patients with a known allergy to any ingredient
-
Patients with a history of autoimmune disease or those receiving immunotherapy
A complete medical assessment remains necessary before treatment.
